We work closely with our partners to ensure your order is delivered within the promised timeframe. Generally, if the product is in stock and ordered, it is shipped within the next 2-3 working days. Delivery typically takes five to seven business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse.

In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you promptly and work with you to find a solution.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders of €99 or more! For orders under €99, a shipping fee of €5.50 applies within the European Union.
At this time, we do not ship outside the EU.

What are the delivery options?

You have the flexibility to choose a different delivery address for each order or opt for delivery to a collection point. Simply select your preference during checkout.

If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave your package at the nearest collection point. You can find the address of the collection point using the tracking system provided.
