Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service team or email us at info@theaxisstores.com 

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or have made an error, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and in resalable condition. Please note that certain items, such as hygiene products (e.g., scissors, brushes, cosmetics), can only be returned if the seal remains intact. Our customer service team will assess this on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Upon cancellation, you’ll receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs for non-standard delivery methods), no later than 14 days after we’ve been informed of your decision. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. We may withhold the refund until we’ve received the returned goods or you’ve provided evidence of their return, whichever comes first.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

Defective Products

If a product is defective upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service with a clear description of the defect before returning the product. Do not return any products without prior authorization from our customer service team.

Exceptions

Certain items may not be eligible for return. For instance, hygiene-related products can only be returned if the seal is intact. Our customer service will determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
